Account is temporarily disabled

Here's what to do if you get a message saying your account has been temporarily disabled

This article is here to help you. While we strive to make it as informative as possible, that doesn't mean it's perfect. Feedback and constructive criticism are greatly appreciated.

If our system detects some login anomalies (e.g., the password is entered wrong too many times), your account may be automatically locked.

The lock doesn't last long, in most cases only a few minutes, so you just need to wait a bit, and the account will be unlocked automatically. Accounts cannot be unlocked manually, so patience is required.
